We inherently want to be a part of the creative process and I am here to tell ya that just breathing alone is part of that creative process! What? Is she off her head? No, I am not. When you breathe your body takes in the air that pumps through your system that creates new cells and so on and so forth.
Don’t believe me? Think about it. When you wake up in the morning you might have a series of rituals that YOU created, that make you feel good about starting your day. What happens when you miss one of those rituals because you woke up late and, aw man, no coffee! It can throw your whole day off if you let it.
Those rituals that you created are in place because they make you feel good. Subtract one and things can get wonky for you. Why? Because within those creations we have certain securities that have deep meanings but that’s a little too much to get into for one blog post.
Anyways, just to put this into perspective, what do you think you are doing to all those little molecules inside yourself when you are thinking negative or anxious thoughts? Right, you are creating an environment inside yourself that is less than green. And vice versa. When you are thinking the right thoughts, you create a better version inside yourself.
And, before you get all up in arms thinking that I am pushing positive thinking as a solution for a better life, I am not. I am talking about being real about what you are feeling so that you foster a better relationship with yourself which will then lead to a truer connection with those around you. I call it Creative Alchemy.
