The Story of Hot…It’s a simple thing. Hot and Cold. Or we think it is a simple thing. We turn on water and we get either of the two. If we are fortunate, when we turn the hot dial, we get hot. It is a thing we use everyday and rarely think about it…how it works, who is at the water company monitoring us. Who built the hot water tank, the many hands that went into fabricating that device to hold and heat water so you can have a have a hot shower or hot water in your sink to wash those hands and keep you healthy. It’s a simple thing…yes?
